Purchasing a Dress/Store Locations
You can purchase a dress from one of our thousands of retailers across the US, Canada, UK and Australia. To find an authorized retailer near you, or one of your bridesmaids, please use our use our Store Finder.
Size Charts & Size Ranges
All of our dresses are available in sizes 00-30W, and 00-30W extra length. We truly do hope to accommodate all shapes and sizes. If you require a larger size, please inquire with your retailer about ordering extra matching fabric to alter a dress for you.
For Size Charts and consultation about which size is correct for you, please contact an authorized Dessy Group retailer. You may view our wedding dress size chart, but keep in mind that sizing for wedding and bridesmaids' gowns are not like street clothes, so please consult with a professional.
Fabric Swatches
Swatches for all current Dessy Group bridesmaid fabrics are available directly to you through our Online Swatch Store. If you need help creating your wedding color palette, take a look at our collection of Pantone Wedding™ color tools to assist you in choosing your colors and coordinating them with your wedding party and vendors.
Dress Pricing
All questions regarding retail pricing, and delivery should be directed to one of our authorized retailers. Contact an authorized retailer near you.
Delivery & Rush Delivery
Delivery dates for dresses ordered through an authorized retailer, are typically approximately 8-9 weeks from confirmed order date. We do offer 'RUSH' cuts for quick delivery needs. We are fairly flexible and hope to accommodate as many orders as possible. This service does have a fee. Please have your retailer contact us regarding RUSH delivery dates and surcharges. Most accessories available for sale on Dessy.com ship within 1-3 days from date of order. Twist Dress orders ship 7-10 days from date of order. To rush an accessory order please contact us.
Dye-Lot Variation & How to Order Dresses for Girls in Different Locations
It is ideal to have your entire bridal party place their dress orders together at one authorized full-service bridal shop. We recommend this because the store will submit the entire order together, thus the dresses will be cut from the same bolt of cloth. Most retailers will ask you to collect all of your bridesmaid's measurements and submit them with your final order. The retailer will translate those measurements to sizes using our size-chart and place the entire order with us.
If it is absolutely impossible to get all your girls to coordinate with one store, they may go to authorized retailers in their own area. Please make sure that it is an authorized Dessy, After Six, Alfred Sung, Lela Rose or Social Bridesmaids retailer!
If your bridesmaids are choosing different style dresses in the same color, keep in mind dye-lot variations can occur. The difference will not be drastic, but there may be slight shading difference between styles. This option is very popular for brides that have many different body-types in their bridal parties. This way everyone feels comfortable!
Maternity Dresses, Junior Bridesmaids & Flower Girls
We now offer Maternity bridesmaid styles. You may also choose to order any one of our styles a few sizes larger than their normal dress size and order extra fabric for alterations. The majority of our stores have extensive knowledge when it comes to accommodating a mommy-to-be.
We also now offer Junior Bridesmaid dresses and Flower Girls dresses. We also sell matching fabrics and trims so that you may have an appropriate dress made. You can order fabric online or contact your retailer.
We sell our fabrics, zippers, and trims by the yard. You can order fabric online or contact your retailer about prices and availability.
Returns & Exchanges
All fabric yardage and swatch purchases are final. We are happy to replace defective merchandise or exchange sizes on shoe purchases, if requested within 7 days of receipt. If you require an exchange or replacement, please email us.
