Our items are shipped with a home removal security tag affixed to the item. Once the security tag has been removed from the item, we will not accept that item for return or exchange for any reason, without exception. We will accept a return unconditional for any reason provided the garment is sent back to us within 10 business days with security tag is still affixed to the item. Items must be returned in the original condition, in the original packing materials, and with the security tag still affixed to the item. Returned garments that have been altered cannot be accepted and we do not alter dresses for customers.
